Yes. What else will you do with them? Let them dry out and die? If they make it, great. If not, they would have died any way, right?

Yes, you should plant them. It’s still warm enough the plant will re-root before winter comes. You should also add fertilizer high in Phosphorous. (That is the second number of the three numbers on the fertilizer container. ) Phosphorous helps to make the roots stronger.
Fall and Spring are great times to plant new flowers or bushes.

You sure should. The fall planting allows the roots of the bushes to set in yet this fall. Don’t forget to mulch them in as it will help your plants remain healthy and hardy.
