a lot falling off the last few days. Does that mean it won’t produce blueberries if they keep falling off?
I have freshly picked blueberries and would like to make bluberry muffins. Anyone have homemade recipe for this and how can I keep them fresh?
There are blueberry, cranberry, rose hip, and salmonberry bushes from the Alaska tundra… guaranteed to grow.
I am already planning on making fudge, and toffee but would like some more candy or dessert ideas
I am also looking for some gift jar ideas/recipes. I already plan on one for chocolate chip cookies and homemade hot cocoa. I would really like a good recipe for a blueberry muffin one if you know of any.
I have a large family and want to give each of the adults (24) a gift somewhere along these lines, but I don’t want to make all the same things so any ideas?
Now I’m guessing even the ripest blueberries home grown, or industry, are supposed to have a somewhat acidic taste. But the first time I actually tried blueberries they were so delicious and sweet, not sour in any way( they were home grown ). But now that i buy them in stores, even those that are labeled “organic”, they taste some what sour….? This isn’t the most important question in the world but I sure would appreciate serious feedback. Thank you!
My sister in law made it for us and now she can’t find the recipe, I know it had cream cheese in it and she soaked the bread in the berries overnight and then baked it and put blueberry syrup on it. It was delicious. Can anyone help?
I recently planted a blueray blueberry bush that is just a baby. Will I need a second blueberry bush to pollinate this to produce fruit or does this self pollinate? And If I need a second, is there a chance that if I plant a second it will not pollinate because the two are the same sex?
