Blueberry bushes

my blueberry bushes are between 1 & 2 feet tall and this is their 2nd season. I’d like to give them the right fertilizer, at the right time. My huysband says that HollyTone is probably the right choice. I’d like some advice.
My 2nd Question is about the best netting to keep birds from getting all the fruit. What netting is best to use?

I have read on my plant pack that to grow blueberries you need ericaceous soil, could you use miracle grow fruit and vegetable compost?

Where in the San Francisco Bay Area can I buy large blueberry bushes? I bought some from Half Moon Bay Nursery a couple of years back and I was there a couple of days ago and their selection is a bit more sparse. Any other nurseries please? Thanks.

I need to use a garden sprayer, with a fungicide chemical, and spray my blueberry bushes for the dreaded “mummyberry” disease. Can someone tell me if it’s time to spray now or should I wait till later in the spring? Also, when I do spray, does it matter if it rains within 24 hours?
